For expectant parents or new parents with babies from 0 to 5 months. During this consultation, I help parents understand their baby´s sleep as a newborn and what to expect these first months. Includes: ​● Review of history form (from 3 to 5 months) ● 60 min consultation ● Gentle and gradual strategies to shape your baby´s sleep. ● Access to Facebook support group. ● 2 follow up calls (20 minutes each) to use before your baby turns 6 months old.
