Service Description

This package includes an individualized sleep plan and follow up via email. This plan can be particularly useful for families that are already familiar with the method and feel capable of making adjustments on their own. Includes: ● Review of history form ● Individualized sleep plan ● 90 minutes consultation (in-person or video call) ● Sleep log review for 3 weeks (on a set schedule) ● Wrap up call ● Access to Facebook support group
