Sleep Needs (quick guide)

Here is a quick guide to help you identify your baby's sleep needs; you will find the following information:


Daytime Sleep: The amount of time your baby needs to sleep during the day (naps); the number of naps varies according to your baby's age.


Nighttime Sleep: The amount of hours your baby sleeps during the night, if your baby wakes up during the night and stays awake more than 30 minutes, you have to consider this time.


Wakeful windows: The time your baby can be awake between sleep periods, varies depending on the age range.
