Hi! I’m Veronica, a Mexican mom of two, psychologist, and certified gentle sleep coach. I created LullaBy Veronica to help tired parents like you reclaim rest — without resorting to Cry It Out methods or losing your mind in the process.

After moving to Franklin, TN and adjusting to motherhood far from family, I truly felt what it’s like to be sleep-deprived, overwhelmed, and unsure of what’s “normal” when it comes to baby sleep.
